ASLD's Public Records section serves as first point of contact for information.
The Public Records section assists the public in retrieval of ASLD’s public records and provides access to public records.

Functions performed in this area include but are not limited to:
- Document reproduction
- Lease file maintenance access and retrieval
- Access to records pertaining to application status, current land use, and title and land use history
- Assistance in determining the location of State Trust lands applied for through use of Surface Management maps; and
- Public inquiries

The Public Records Office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday except state holidays and is on the first floor at 1616 W. Adams St., Phoenix, AZ 85007. The telephone number is 602-542-4631.
